L’Oréal is partnering with Sitecore, a leading technology company with expertise in customer experience management software – and moving away from its in-house technology platform currently used on its brand websites.

Sitecore’s experience platform, which includes Foundry and Azure cloud offerings, engage users by delivering a more personalized online experience.

L’Oréal will be able to leverage customer insights in real-time to deliver dynamic, compelling content through all of its marketing channels – and hopes to “revolutionize the way women and men everywhere experience beauty online,” the company says.

The first brands have already started to implement its websites with Sitecore’s technology, including Vichy, L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline and Garnier.

Jean-Christophe Sautory, Chief Information Officer, L’Oréal SA, said:

“With Sitecore, we can deliver compelling, personalized and immersive digital experiences for our customers globally. Sitecore’s experience platform provides a robust and scalable central framework for all our brands, regions and countries.”

Michael Tupanjanin, Chief Revenue Officer, Sitecore, commented:

“We are incredibly proud that L’Oréal chose Sitecore. As a global leader in beauty products, L’Oréal is looking to the future as it knows its discerning customers will expect beautifully crafted, tailored online beauty experiences. Sitecore will enable L’Oréal’s marketers to own the experience they deliver to their audiences and provide measurable, relevant interactions that drive results and create customers for life.”
